Shipping Policy

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery: we ship across the United States. Most items arrive within 3-10 business days after processing. A small number of specialty items ship from partner warehouses and may take 2-3 weeks - your tracking will reflect this.

Shipping cost: free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order seems lost, email shepherdstoreonline@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.

Address changes: email us as soon as possible - we can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
